1) How do we get started?
Request a quote and we’ll confirm your pool type, condition, and service frequency. Once we set your service day, you’ll receive a service report after each visit so you always know what was done and what to expect next.
2) Do I need to be home for service?
No. As long as we can access the pool area, we can complete service and send your visit report by text/email. Please secure pets and ensure gates are unlocked on service day.
3) How do payments work?
We accept card payments and can set up autopay. Payments are due on the agreed schedule. Late payments may result in late fees and/or paused service until the account is current.
4) What if my pool is green or hasn’t been maintained?
Green pools and catch-up cleanings are quoted separately because the time and chemical demand can vary. We’ll confirm scope and pricing before starting any recovery work.
